merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. CZInventory.com is not
responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Be sure to enclose your
original invoice and a return authorization (RA) number (to obtain an RA number,
call or email customer service and have your invoice number ready.) Returned
merchandise will NOT be accepted with out a RA number.

All refunds are subject to a
10% restocking fee.

returned shipments.
Any unauthorized returns,
special orders or merchandise damaged/altered in any way will not be accepted.

refundable as they are often produced in small quantities and for only a short,
