If your cubic zirconia gemstones should cloud, discolor, or fracture for reasons attributable to the manufacture, it will be replaced free of charge. (To ensure your stones longevity, clean your stone regularly in a jewelry cleaning solution).

To replace defective merchandise, send it back to us using the instructions in our Return Policy.

CZInventory strives to make sure every lovely piece of jewelry is made to the highest standards and is free of defects in workmanship when it leaves our hands. We recognize that all wearable items of jewelry are subject to normal wear and tear and the occasional accident. CZInventory.com will not be held liable for such wear and tear or incidents beyond our control; however, we are happy to assist you if possible in replacing such items as we can.
